Fueled, Nourished and Thriving Framework
A 4-month 1:1 nutrition and health coaching programme designed to fit seamlessly into your busy life. Feel confident and energised with a simple, sustainable health-first approach. We’ll also explore sleep, movement, stress, and mindset, because true health is about more than just what you eat.Together we'll work through the following three phases:
Tune In & Fuel: We’ll slow things down and help you listen to what your body needs. This is all about understanding your body, fuelling yourself properly and breaking away from the diet noise.
Deep Dive & Nourish: We build on that new foundation by deepening your nutrition knowledge and exploring your mindset. You will build habits that nourish your body, boost your energy, improve your confidence and fit around your real-life demands.
Sustain & Thrive: This final phase is all about making things stick. We’ll troubleshoot anything that’s getting in your way, celebrate what’s working and create a long-term plan that feels doable, even when life gets busy. No more starting over.
What You'll Get
Starting with a deep dive into where you're currently at, your challenges and your goals. This session sets the foundations for our time together, what you want to achieve and how we'll get you there. All of what we do is collaborative; we build your personalised approach together so it's as unique as you.
We start with an analysis of your current diet, after which you’ll receive evidence-based personalised nutrition recommendations. If necessary, I will also recommend relevant supplements and tests.
In our monthly sessions we delve into how you've been getting on over the last few weeks. We’ll explore any questions and work through any challenges together. You'll leave feeling clear and confident about the next 4-weeks.
In our final session, we’ll reflect on your journey, what’s shifted, what’s working and what you want to keep building on. We'll create a future-proof plan to keep you feeling confident and in control.
You’ll have access to me for any questions or wobbles, so you're never left second-guessing. I’ll reply within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, to keep you supported between calls.
These are here to help keep you focused, celebrate wins and overcome any barriers or challenges - I'm with you every step of the way. If and when you reply is up to you - so they don't feel like another thing on your 'to-do' list.
